1. Open Your Gmail Account in your Computer Web Browser. If You aren't Signed into Your Gmail Account ,  First Log In simply type your email address and Password.

   

   Sign in

2. Then Go In the Google Accountsimply tap on Top-Right Corner.

3. After that a screen open like this-

4. then click  Data & personalization  you will see the option on the far-left side of the screen.
5.  when you scroll down the page you will see Download or make a plan for your Data , like this-

6. then click DOWNLOAD YOUR DATA or type "takeout.google.com" it will Directly redirect you to main page where you directly Download your Content.
7. here you see like this & Click Select None choose which Application data you want to download. And if you Prefer to BackUp your Entire Google Account , skip this step

8. Scroll Down and click NEXT .It's at the bottom of the page.
9. Select your Archive Size. and Create Archive, if you think your data have more than 2GB then select 4GB.

10. Download Your backup File. They will Email you a Download link to you.You can Download your backup File.
